What is special about your personality? [PERSONALITY]
I was joined with the Del symbiont at a relatively young age. Therefore my personality was not as developed as usually recommended before receiving a symbiont. Because of this I often struggle to find my own identity. I often loose my self in scientific problems. Because science follows clear rules. This provides a sense of security for me.

Who are your parents?
My parents are rogue trill, that live away from the home world. They refuse to accept certain aspects of trill law and tradition. They especially deny the authority of the Symbiosis Comission.

How is your relationship to your parents?
I respect and love my parents and they love me, but I disapprove their recklessness.
Since I left my parents to join starfleet I'm only rarely in touch with them.

Solved an Engineering Crisis

What happened there?
The ship used experimental warp coils. A malfunction in the antimatter injectors of the warp core did lead to a cascading error. As a result the warp field did became unstable and a feedback loop occurred. Due to a resonance between the warp field and the antimatter containment field there was an immediate risk of an warp core breach. Vidria was able to decouple fields by modulating the containment field with random noise. After that the warp field collapsed.

I will develop something crazy like a quantum slipstream propulsion device, at least theoretically.

Are there special conditions that have to be taken care of before your assignment on your next mission?
I never received a medical checkup by the Symbiosis Commission since I was joined. It is highly recommended by starfleet medical, but I avoided the home world since I was joined because of the circumstances under that I received my symbiont. And I just feel fine, so why should I face the comission. I do not want to answer unpleasant questions.
